Application

1 Do the surface preparation and solution preparation as shown on the other side of the pack. Then apply

the prepared solution by spray or flooding or injection method

2 Check the treated surface for water proofing after full drying ( 3 – 7 Days). Confirm water proofing with

RILEM  Tube test or by water ponding.

Surface Preparation

1 Clean the surface by chipping and removing loose cement mortar by grinding

2 Remove dust by air blower / industrial vacuum cleaner, followed by high pressure water-jet cleaning

3 Clean the surface again with vacuum cleaner

Solution Preparation

Slowly mix  Ltr Zycosil + in 20 Ltrs potable water (TDS<1000 ppm). Add 2 Ltrs ZycoPrime + to this solution.

(Zycosil + : Zycoprime + : Waterratio should be in (1 : 2 : 20).Always use ZycoPrime + with solution of
